Summer Pictures

Stephen and Griffin had daycare pictures made and I loved the way they turned out. They are growing up so fast. I can't believe they are now 2 and 3.

Summer Fun

Nathan, Nicholas, Stephen, Griffin and the rest of the family went to my sister's pool for Father's Day. We had lots of fun and got to spend time with all the family.

trying to post again

I am going to try and post on here again. The little ones are growing up so fast and I really want to remember all the special times we have had together.

19 months and going strong

Nathan and Nicholas are now 19 months old and truly are all over the place. They are so sweet. Nicholas picks up the pacifier that Nathan throws down when he is mad and gives it back to Nathan. They really have a loving attitude towards each other. Of course, they still like to fight a little and take each others toys.
Nathan is saying baby and bear and he says it sooo cute. He has learned the word no and it is the answer to every question we ask him. Nicholas likes the word no as well but does not use it as often as Nathan does. Nicholas just got over a fever virus he had for about 4 days I almost did not go on my company cruise due to him being sick. He woke up the morning of the cruise with no fever. It was very hard leaving them but they were with the day care worker and she kept them at my house so they would be able to have the familiar surrounds and routine.

We took them to the Zoo last month and I will have to post some pictures of that. We went with Roxy, Adam and my grandson Jacob. My sister Vicki and her family went as well. We all had a great time but it was really hot. We gathered around the misting fans they had up and they really helped cool us down the twins liked it as well.

Eating Out

Kaela and I took Nathan and Nicholas out to eat tonight and they seemed to enjoy it. Daddy is out of town for a few days. We put them in the high chairs and wiped down the table etc. Nathan decided he wanted Kaela's cup of water, now mind you he had a sippy cup and so did Nicholas. I went ahead and gave him some water. He really wanted to play with the ice in the cup and take out the straw etc.

I decided we did not want to get everyone wet in the restaurant so we played a game. There was a fake duck in the pond inside the restaurant and I showed him how to quack and flap his arms like a duck. He and Nicholas got the biggest kick out of this and they kept doing it over and over again. I wished I had my camera they were so cute. They both said duck tonight and moo. I hope the talking will continue to improve.
